Why do dogs hate or fight cats?

Do cats hate dogs or is it the other way round that dogs hate cats? Why do we have cats and dog fights? Is it because they just hate one another by nature or is it part of the territory and the dog and cat instincts they are born with? Both cars and dogs are territorial animals. The important fact about territorial animals is that they always mark their territory and will not want any one to come to their domain. Cats and dogs always mark their territory or natural habitat to show that they are around and any intruders are not welcome. When you have a situation in the is modern world where all the cats and dogs are in their natural captivity which is inhabited by humans and both dogs and cats depend on humans for their livelihood, you will find that when one cat strays in a dogs habitat, there is always a chance for these animals to attack one another.  Out of the general experience, charity begins at home. If lions can live with dogs in the African jungle why cant such beautiful animals co exist as true friends such as Tom and Jerry?

Cats and dogs are always very very inquisitive and are suspicious animals and they will always be suspicious of anything.  It’s the same as human beings wouldn’t you be curious of any one who comes you way whether big or small pretty or ugly. How about animals who have less minds. Despite dogs and cats having ESP, you s till find that these beautiful dangerous animals can be as dangerous and nasty as their instincts permits them to be.

When dogs move around they always smell things along the way but when they see movement of anything, dogs will always follow and when they see it’s a cat, its not the dog which will start the fight but the bluff will just be as instinctive from the do and the cat or whichever startles the other.

While in the neighborhood where you will always see cats moving and some just basking under the sun, when there is no eye to eye contact between the dog and the cat.  When the dog meets a cat, usually the cute friendly dog would want to check the cat out by trying to sniff the cat. This is just the beginning of the cat and dog fight. The cat or the dog will always sniff one another without giving a loud warning. At this time the cat will not purr and nor will the dog bark. Why these two cute dangerous animals would not give a warning of attack is just one of the amazing facts about cats and dog fights.

When a cat is being chased or has been surprised by a cat, the cute innocent cat is always afraid but the animal instincts just kicks in and the fight or the fright instincts for survival he either runs or try fight the dog.  When a cat being attack starts to run, the dog with all its wits will always run after the cat. If the cat also tries to fight the cat the cat and dog games will just be as eventful as the chase lasts. On the other hand if attack is not sudden and the cat is in the dogs territory each animal will get curious and when the cat tries to face the dog, it will give a bluff kick with its paw, with one or two kicks to checkout the amazing do which is ready to attack, the only chance for the cat to know that it is under attack is when the dog also thinks its being attack by the unfriendly cat around. If the bluff is imminent and the challenge is met with a lout bark or an opportunity for the dog to bite, the chase goes on with jumps here and there and with as much commotion between the two dangerous animals on the rampage.

While many people say that cats and dogs cannot be friends, they might have their own reasons but if the dog is well groomed to be obedient and to follow his mater, a well trained dog or a well trained cat will not chase a cat which is living in the same compound unless it is provoked. Wile many people who possess cats would pamper their cats without having them socialize which is a very important aspect of all living animals, dogs and cats will continue to fight whenever they see one another for the first time. 

What is the reason why animals fight? Like human beings from the primitive society, survival for the fittest is what matters the most, while the multiplicity of may animals in the same natural habitat overwhelms the existing food chain, there is always bound to be chaos in the given natural habitat whether its in captivity or in the natural breeding ground.  When two or more animals especially cats and dogs which live together, their animal instincts is always to chase any cat intruders away. With a lot of competition of going on between the cat and the dog, its only upon the trained dog and the trained cat who have the wits to know that they are not to fight when they see or meet one another.

Cats & dogs are predators that are living in the same territory. So this causes a competition for food and other things. Back when dogs were still wolves, the fighting would ensure that they had had more opportunity to find food than the cat if the wolf could maim, kill, or chase it away from the territory. That instinct is still around in regular dogs today. Unless of course an human tells a dog to live peacefully with a cat, then that is a whole different ball game.

In my neighborhood, there are dogs that play with cats. Some dogs would sometimes chase cats I mean the ones which do  have a leash. It’s the same dogs which when you see them playing would always sleep or snuggled with  one another day in day out. Its all there in TV, in books and even in the movies dogs and cats sleeping playing and even doing tricks together. The idea that dogs and cats fight when they see one another didn’t just start today or yesterday. In fact dog and cat fights myth started way long time ago. There are many cases when a dog sees a cat, it will easily attack it and  kill the cat with its powerful canines.

The Dogs with Love

Every one love dogs. Well I guess you are also guessing that not everyone in the real sense love dogs for those who have have not been able to keep dogs they love or have beautiful dogs withing their living environment. Why do people love dogs? Is it because they have that cute face when they are young or is it because people love dogs just because dogs are mans best friend it is it by sheer love that these beautiful animals are just there to be loved? 

You will agree with me that some things specially animals have the love they have despite the dangers and the history they might have had as far as animal attacks and dangers regarding animals and wild animals is concerned. Have you ever seen Love in the eyes of a dog. You don't have to have (ESP) to experience this kind of love and affection of the dogs and other animals but being closer to them will just have this manifestation of what a dog love is. 

Where does the love of dogs or the dog love come from?  May people by animals and pets not just because they saw one in the market and guess what they just fell in love with it and derided to get or purchase these beautiful lovable animal and to be part of their lovely family or to bring the love that already exist or just for the sake of sharing the love of these animals to their loved ones. Dogs, cats, parrots, fish, spiders just to name a few are just some of the perfect lovable animals or pets people tend to share with other family members or because they have seen the affection and the love within these people. Its that perfect connection with thee living creature that the love of animals and the love of dogs is extended beyond measure.

The dogs with love are the best dogs who portray the same love from their master and the rest of the family members. This love from the dog only arises when the owner of the dog extend the same love when there is a connection which the dog and the very few people who can have a good sense that this is the perfect dog which I love. With the daily maturing and grooming, the love between the dog and the love and caring extends far beyond one can imagine. Had you been in the place of a dog, you would probably been able to understand what goes beyond the minds of a dog. But sine research about animals and how they react with different people and to different environment we are yet to go beyond the unknown and come to terms that when you give love to anything it gives back to you in many folds.

Its always with good education,information and communication that love is developed between humans and animals. with proper training and knowledge about animals and how to take care of them, the work of keeping these lovable animals is just won when you know how to treat them. Many people talk to animals but not many people listen when they talk. If animals can understand what we teach them from simple tricks to complex things what difference do they have when it comes to sharing that love. Dogs and may of the wild animals  and pets around us just need to be given love and  you will always have a better place to live in. 

There are to who on their own self imparted will undermine the rights of animals and hence use these animals the way they deem fit. Just remember there are always consequences with animals as well. The proverb says spare the rode and spoil the child or strike when the iron is hot. How would you expect the dog or beautiful animal you have being caged day in and day out without proper love and care. Why do you think people need to go on vacation or on leave after endless months or working in the offices. That freedom you are given is just as right for any living animal or creature not only in the wilderness or in captivity. Making sure your animal is well behaved and well trained is the love ticket for experiencing that your animal is given the respect and the love which you yourself have for the dogs and the wild animals at large.
